It's taken a long time to get here and needed lots of assistance. Metamorphosis from the bottom 0.1% left me needing to learn a whole range of particularly compensatory strategies to manage each day and completely change my way of life. I started in the hermit hole unable to manage the simplest of normal day-to-day activities like self-care/cooking/shopping and all the adulting basics. I would often slide regressively with inadequate day-to-day support but have lately been able to maintain some day-to-day non-vicey coping
Lately I've been healing the relationships that led to multiple suicide attempts and various vicey and other band-aid approaches.
